Award Winning Pig Rub
This pig rub helped Bull City win our very first barbecue competition trophy. How do we use this mouth-watering blend of ingredients, you ask? (Great question!) At every stage of the cooking process… First, before the cooking, we shake generous handfuls on every single part of the pig — and then we rub it in good! We repeat “the rubdown” until there’s a nice coat. Throughout the cooking and prior to “the chop,” we sprinkle more of the rub lightly — and boy does it ever rock on roasts, chops, and more!
